A Nigerian woman has narrated how she alleegedly took her sick child to a popular Children’s Hospital in Onitsha only to be told by nurses to go and buy a thermometer before they can attend to her daughter.
Taking to her Facebook page, the mum identified as, Mmiri Mara Ugo Emenaha, wrote;
‘Imagine taking a baby to a popular children’s hospital at court road Onitsha and being told by the nurses to buy a thermometer before the complaint of incessant night fever can be looked into.Nursing and Midwifery Council Nigeria”
